Turanga Health is an Iwi based health provider in Turanganui a Kiwa - Gisborne, servicing the tribal boundaries of Ngai Tamanuhiri, Te Aitanga a Mahaki and Rongowhakaata.
We are looking for a Whanau Ora Navigator to work within a team of health professionals to empower whanau into the future by working within the identified whanau ora outcomes framework setting goals and aspirations for the short, medium and long term.
Alongside identified the whanau ora framework the employee will also work with a team to deliver programs to improve health and reduce health inequity in high need areas. The key to this role is to be able to engage with whanau and a range of stakeholders across the Turanganui a Kiwa rohe in settings where families and whanau live, learn, work and play.
