I have been with Turanga Health for over 9 years and through that time have assisted the organisation through periods of change, innovation and stabilisation.

Collectively as Turanga Health we have faced many challenges and many opportunities endeavouring to turn these into practical tangible options for Whanau within Turanganui a Kiwa.

I enjoy the trials and tribulations that Turanga Health presents and the ability to work with a Kaupapa that is by Maori, for Maori, with Maori.

Opportunities for career development and training by the organization enabled me to progress on to Team Leader and have for the last three years held a senior management position.  My current role is Service Delivery Manager for Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol, CAYAD (Community Action for Youth Alcohol & Drugs). Prior to commencement at Turanga Health I spent six years Caregiving at Riverview Resthome.
